• Basic website usage data: standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site running properly and secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond personally to your enquiry, whether about a work, a private meeting, or membership.
• To process membership sign-ups, renewals, and purchases.
• To send you updates you have opted into, such as new-arrival notices for members.
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of this website.

We do not use your information for automated advertising profiling, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate Sovrè:

• Payment processing — membership and purchase payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Sovrè never sees or stores your full card number.
• Enquiry form delivery — messages submitted through our contact form are relayed to concierge@sovre.art via a third-party form-delivery service (FormSubmit).

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

This website uses only the minimal cookies necessary for the site to function correctly. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain enquiry and client information for as long as needed to maintain our relationship with you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
